Questions
What counts as “verified”?
We confirm at least one public source for every candidate we deliver — current employer, title, or experience. If we can’t verify it independently, we don’t charge for it.
When am I charged?
Only at delivery, and only for the candidates that verified. Your credits are held when you submit a request, and anything unused is released the moment we deliver.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What happens if a run fails or nothing verifies?
You’re not charged. Every held credit is released, and you keep it for your next request.
