Terms of Service

The service

You submit a role and a candidate cap. We source candidates and independently verify their claims against public sources before delivering a shortlist and a receipt.

Billing — verified or you don’t pay

Credits cost $200 per 10, purchased in packs of 10, 50, or 250, or in any quantity of 10 or more. Credits never expire. The minimum purchase and the minimum request cap are both 10 credits.

When you submit a request, we hold credits equal to your candidate cap. You are charged only at delivery, and only for candidates that verified — at $20 per verified candidate. Any held credits beyond what verified are released back to your balance the moment we deliver. If a run fails, or nothing verifies, every held credit is released in full and you are charged nothing.

Candidate data

Candidate information is compiled and verified from public professional sources. We do not sell candidate data.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the requests you submit and for keeping access to your account secure. We may suspend accounts used for abusive or unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” Verification reflects publicly available sources at the time of a run and is not a guarantee of a candidate’s fitness for any role. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
